I am absolutely obsessed with this muscle rub. I get terrible knots in my shoulders and neck, and this is the only rub I have tried that actually works. Yes, others give temporary relief, but I swear this stuff actually helps soften the knots. I use it a lot between my massage sessions and have noticed that when I go back to get my next massage, my knots aren't nearly as bad as they usually are. I also found that this helps a lot with my wrist pain. I had a sports injury in high school and my wrists have never been the same, after using this rub a few times throughout the day, the pain is almost gone (it usually takes a few days for my pain to go away without anything). My husband also loves it because it does not have that "menthol" feel to it, which he can't stand. So he's always asking for it after a hard day at the shop. Highly recommended!

I have degenerative disc disease and the mmbay balm has been a life saver. I recently started using it again and I can confidently say it has no competition. **** pain relievers and icy hot work temporarily, but I'm in pain again after a few hours. I've been in a flare-up for about 3 weeks now with no improvement and as soon as I started using this balm a few days ago, my overall pain throughout the day decreased significantly. I felt better today than I have all month after only 3 days of use. Will be buying again!

I've had a container for about 6 months and cannot stop telling everyone about the relief from this balm. Both my mother and I have fibromyalgia, this balm helps our muscle cramps and pain in our legs/feet. 5-10 minutes after applying and it's night and day of a difference. Reduces the swelling/pain of my mom's arthritis in her hands and knuckles. Helps with general pain relief all over on harder days. Calming tense muscles. Making it easier to take care of my son and myself!
