We add our Full-Spectrum CBD extract to a specially formulated hydrating Artic blue gel to create this powerful, long-lasting, cooling, calming topical. Therapeutic botanicals and essential plant oils add to the invigorating feeling, pleasant aroma, and skin-soothing hydration of Green Ice.
