At Merrymeeting Bay Hemp Company, we take pride in our small-batch hemp products and the care that goes into making them in Bowdoinham, Maine. Have a question about your delivery or an issue with your order? We’re here to help.

Shipping

Where We Ship

We currently ship to almost everywhere in the United States. However, due to recent changes in certain state regulations with regards to hemp products, we are no longer able to ship to Colorado, Idaho or Wyoming. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 4-6 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping is free for all orders.

Tracking Your Order

If you have questions about the status of your order, email info@merrymeetingbayhemp.com with your name and order number.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you need to correct an address or request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Return Eligibility

To request a return, email info@merrymeetingbayhemp.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the appropriate instructions and return address.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing something, please contact us. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damage or incorrect items, including the packaging.

We’ll review the issue and help arrange the appropriate next steps.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Merrymeeting Bay Hemp Company does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the payment method you used when checking out within 7 business days after approval or receipt and inspection of the return. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
